"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

Serving expertise in French drains , Gutter run offs systems , Soil an fill spreading , Driveway Spreading , Retaining walls , Paver Installs , Stone, Fill Dirt an soil delivery along with other High Cause Construction needs.
"Sean was very responsive and professional all along from the first time I called. He waited patiently while I vetted other companies and was ready with the culvert when the other companies weren't. I didn't expect him to be able to get to me so soon due to a big job he was on ahead of me but he came and got it done quickly and neatly. It turned out that the old culvert had been crushed with blacktop pieces so they had to leave and bring in a claw truck to get it out but they got it done. Very nice people that I would definitely hire again."

"Technician said water level was too high in toilet tank, so he lowered it to the proper level. This did not solve the problem, so the technician came back the next week and found the silicone seal had four swells bubbling around the seal. This caused water to seep past. Technician installed a new flush value seal kit, which solved the issue. I was only charged for the first visit, so I appreciate that the technician came back and resolved the issue the second time at no additional charge. Also on the first visit, the technician removed the hose from the outside faucet, along with taping and doping the threads on the faucet stem. He also provided a quote in case I wanted to replace this faucet. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided."

Wastewater from your home from your showers, toilets, sink drains, and washing machines flows to your septic tank. When wastewater enters your septic tank, it divides into three parts sludge, water, and scum. Outlet and inlet pipe positions and baffles keep sludge and scum from leaving the tank. Wastewater, the effluent, moves down pipes to the drain field.
If a septic tank is not pumped, it can lead to serious issues. The accumulation of sludge and scum will eventually overflow into the drain field, causing blockages and system failure. Pipes may become clogged, leading to sewage backups in your home. Pumps can also break due to excessive buildup, and the drain field may become damaged, requiring costly repairs or replacement.
Signs that your septic tank needs to be pumped include unpleasant odors around your property, slow draining sinks and toilets, gurgling sounds in the plumbing, and sewage backups in your home. You may also notice standing water or damp spots near the septic tank or drain field. If you observe any of these signs, it's important to schedule a pumping promptly to prevent system failure.
Septic tank odors are typically caused by gases produced during the breakdown of organic waste in the tank. If these gases escape, it can indicate a problem such as a crack in the tank, a clogged drain field, or issues with the venting system. Odors can also result from overflows due to a full tank. Addressing septic tank odors promptly is important to prevent more serious issues.
You should pump your septic tank every three to five years, depending on factors like tank size and household size. Larger households generate more wastewater and may require more frequent pumping. For example, a family of four with a 1,000-gallon tank may need pumping every three years, while a smaller household with a larger tank might extend to five years. Regular maintenance ensures optimal system performance.
