He walked our roof not only to examine its condition but also to measure so that he could give us an accurate estimate. When he finished with his inspection, he explained exactly what he was going to do and what materials he would be using. He had a brochure for us to review and to select a color. He wrote up the estimate for us. After reviewing the estimate, my wife and I decided to allow Frankie Contractors to replace our roof. The final cost for replacing the roof was exactly what he stated in the estimate. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the job was completed in the time he estimated. We set a date for him to start work. He and his crew arrived on time and worked for two full days. His crew were also extremely capable, and worked diligently removing our old roofing shingles and putting on the new roofing material and shingles. Our roof is not a simple one. We have many peaks and valleys and a large skylight. They not only did an excellent job on the roof but also did a great job of cleaning up. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "It went well. as a matter of fact it was excellent. Me and my husband was riding by and noticed some one having work done so we pulled over and was looking at the work that was being done. We then inquired. the guy was so nice he took our address and like he said he would stop by when he had time to look at our property. He came by spoke to us and took measurements and we made arrangements with him he showed up like he said. we asked for a contract no problem he gave us one we looked over it he signed we signed and he started the work on friday, removed all the cement from our walk way came back on saturday and by sunday i got up to turn off the porch sunday morning and omg, he was out there working laying down the brick sunday afternoon what a wonderful job. me and my husband was so excited! he went over and beyond and exceeded our expectations. thank you again and can't wait to start our next project. i would highly recommend M.
