When evidence of a leak developed from a pipe/vent boot, I called Brad the owner and explained the situation, especially given that the roof and vent boots had been installed less than a year ago. It turns out this particular vent boot had been replaced by another vendor after the roof installation (for reasons unknown, prior to our purchase). They had to come back in the morning for a few hours to finish. All the guys were very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the work.
