He showed up to do the estimate, and then a day later picked our door up for us, installed and had us up and running within a few hours. One small piece (kickplate) wasn’t available; he ordered it returned a week later and installed it without us needing to check in or anything. He disposed of our old door and all other trash as well as keeping a super clean work area. He repaired our interior door so quickly I didn’t even know he had moved on to do it. Thanks for the great work!!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
