"Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. For us we would definitely recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Great value, great quality."

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."

"Excellent from sales person to office workers and roof crew everyone was polite and professional."

"Jacksonville Roofing USA provides outstanding Customer Service!! Travis Mann came by to do a follow-up on a roof he installed 10 years ago. He noticed I had moss growing under the shingles that were shaded by a tree and covered with tree branches and debris. He suggested I have the roof cleaned and sealed. To protect my roof from rot and leaks. After the cleaning and sealing my roof looks like new. Also, my attic insulation was 30 years old and compressed. I was having a hard time keeping my home cool inside without my Air constantly running. He installed Atticat blown in insulation and what a difference. I also had him apply Liquid foil to the rafters the whole attic is 15-20 degrees cooler. I am looking forward to a more comfortable Florida summer this year. Thank you, Travis, for your follow-up and helping me extend the life of my roof. I would recommend you call Travis at (904)408-6575 for all your roofing needs. His prices cannot be beat. Also, His crew arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. I couldn't tell they had even been there when I drove up."
