"Brandon and one of his project managers came the same day as the plumber who repaired an exterior wall faucet leak that penetrated into the living and dining room. Brandon’s crew set up a plastic tent over the water damaged area, brought in five air handlers to circulate air and dried out the space.They worked with me and my insurance company to make sure the scope of work was determined fairly. The work was scheduled and they stayed on track. A couple of things I appreciated was they were always prompt and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. When the job was just about finished any little touch up item needing attention they jumped on and took care of. Quality work and professional tradesmen. The guy in the background making it all happen was Brandon."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The windows are beautiful! It’s so nice to be able to see out the windows and to be able to open & close them (the previous windows were jalousies from 1959). They also replaced the front doors of each unit because they were installed incorrectly by a different company (they opened “in” instead of “out” which is not hurricane impact protection correct). The workers were professional, hard working, courteous & respectful and did a very good job!"

"The job was done and I got what I paid for. The beginning was a little bit difficult. For the first appointment he was on time then it was difficult to schedule the job itself. I had a discussion with the vendor, I bought 8 hours of vending and then he came to discuss what should be done because he came saying that the painting was to be done for 2 rooms. On my coupon he said 8 hours of painting or 4 hours for 2 persons and they were telling me they were only going to paint 2 rooms. In the end they worked on 2 rooms and it took them 6 to 8 hours. The communication could have been a little bit better. The work was completed a while ago because I waited a long time for the schedule to work. The price was good."
