"A valve developed cracks over the years and began leaking and eventually shooting water in all directions.   From the beginning the scheduler was courteous and helpful setting the appointment.  The repair rep was here on time, very professional and had all the needed parts on his truck.  The repair was done quickly and done right within the initial visit.  I am very pleased with the whole experience and my pump is working perfectly.  Before leaving, he also answered my questions and adjusted the sprinkler system's timer for me.

"Overall, Rob and Billy (I think) did a great job. When they realized they were going to be late, Rob called and let us know. We had an issue with a big water leak, but they handled it professionally and cleaned everything up. After they left, I noticed small water leaks under two of the sinks. After I determined something was not right, I called the office back and let them know. Rob and Billy promptly came back out and fixed the problem (several screws were not completely tightened up.) The final bill was actually less than what they had quoted even though it was necessary for them to use some parts (angle stops) they had in their van because we purchased the wrong ones. Oh, well, I guess that's why we called a plumber to this job for us! We would definitely use them again."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
