Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. "Flawless work. The stone and limestone are meticulously set and the deck is beautiful. This is the second large job we've asked them to undertake since they did such a great job on the rear deck. As in all jobs the demolition and construction was more complicated than expected. Nonetheless they kept to the price agreed to in the contract and did some additional work beyond that to improve the lower sidewalk appearance for no additional cost. They met with the Township code official and reviewed the plans they drew and submitted for a permit for the work. They called the Township inspector and arranged for him to inspect the foundation work.....which passed easily. We've had several of our neighbors come by to talk about how beautiful the new deck is and to get their business card. I recommend them without any hesitation. They are professional, always on time and schedule. Their workmanship is flawless. They are a pleasure to talk to and always courteous and willing to explain anything we asked of them. A+++ again."

"Originally hired Nick and the Creative Pavers team several years ago to design and install a complete backyard hardscape/landscape package including a paver patio, walkway, steps, lighting, wood deck, and fire pit.  At the time they were not active on Angie's List, so consider this a review of my entire relationship with them now and going back 5 years or so.  I can't begin to say enough about how great they have been.  Their original design and installation was exceptional, and they're follow-up and diligence to meeting they're original schedule commitment was great.  I was so pleased, I bought them back again several months later for another smaller job building a retaining wall and planter in my front yard.

Since those originals installs I have called them back twice for some minor maintenance and settling repairs.  Should point out the repairs were not needed due to poor quality of work, and were nothing more than the typical wear and tear/weather/settling issues you'd expect after 5 years.  Nick and Jack have consistently provided the same level of outstanding service and follow-up throughout our entire relationship.  Relationship is the operative word here, they are most definitely not your typical "here today, gone tomorrow" contractor.  They truly care about their customers and reputations and it shows in every interaction.  I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hardscape/landscape project.

"I had Ewing & Sons come out to give an estimate on what I thought was going to be a huge job.  He took a look and said he didn't feel it was obvious that a rebuild was in need.  He recommended doing a small repair and seeing what happened over the next 6-12 months.  If in the future the big repair needs to be done, what is $225 added to over $10,000?  Nothing.  And if it turns out that in 6-12 months there is not indication the big repair is needed?  I saved thousands of dollars thanks to him!
