"Larry came out for an estimate quickly.  I had to postpone work a bit because of some other issues with the house.  When I was ready to go, Larry came back out and we went through everything again.  This time a few other issues were brought to light.  I went with Foundation Experts because the recommendations seemed more logical than other ideas that had been proposed by other companies.  Once the contract was signed, work began quickly.  Quite a few workers were there for different aspects of the job.  Everyone was very friendly and professional.  Andy was involved in different aspects of the project than the others and was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why.  The job didn't really take too much time and was spread out over 2 days.  Everything looks good.  The initial reason for my call to them was because of water pouring into my basement when it rains.  Hoping that what they did will do the trick.  Time will tell.

"I had Stout and Caldwell perform a Elevation Certification for me due to my property being rezoned as a flood zone by FEMA. Dan informed me that I could submit a LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) to FEMA along with supporting documentation to have the rezoning decision reveresed in my favor thus not requiring Flood Insurance per my Mortgage provider. Dan helped me thru the process of collecting all the required documentation and answered many questions I had along the way. In the end, FEMA rezoned my property as a Non-Flood Zone and I was able to get my Mortgage Company to send me a letter stating I was no longer required to cover flood insurance. Dan is a true professional and I highly recommend Stout and Caldwell Engineers to anyone."
