We used this company in 2009 (2nd floor furnace and A/C) and 2010 (1st floor A/C) and were very happy with their performance. When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. When I discussed the furnace and install estimate and said it seemed a little high Mike G. offered a slightly lower price which I accepted. Mike also made some recommendations that were fiscally in my favor; lining the chimney for the water heater or not; energy efficiency levels for rebates (end in 2016).

Matt N. and Matt W. who did the install performed all the mechanical, electric and plumbing superbly. As a registered professional engineer I appreciated good workmanship and Vaughan delivered for this third install since 2009. They were there when they said they would be and finished at the time planned. Everything was left in good order. The new exhaust and intake pipes to the outside were neatly done and good closure of no longer needed chimney vents.

"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done. "We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure. "Mr. Miller (Bobby) is a great guy and as well a talented plumber. I’ve known him for at least 20 years now and I wouldn’t think to call a different plumber. He’s on time and responsible. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself. He’s also honest and will tell you the truth about what you may or may not need. His prices are competitive. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.
