He is very reliable, and he doesn’t leave until the job is done right, even after working all day he still found the time to stop by my house so I would have a working sink for the holidays, and same goes for when I needed help with my furnace, after working all day he didn’t want us to be without heat, and he replaced my door for me I can’t say enough about how reliable and efficient he is his work is a 10 out of 10 hands and I would recommend him to anyone!"

"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. "They arrived on time, and quickly solved and repaired both problems within 30 minutes. As jobs go, this one was very easy, but Justin (I think that was his name) made sure to FIX what was wrong, instead of telling me I had to have a more expensive service. We lucked out on this one, seeing as the house was built in 1984, it could very possibly have been needing a rewiring, or replacing the housing unit for the outside socket that was not working.
