We are booked for next Spring and looking forward to beginning work. This was also the only estimate that did not require at least a 20% down payment to book for Spring 2026, although 2 others did offer to wave upon hearing reasons for selection of this company vs their offer. This was not the least expensive nor the most expensive of 5 bids taken. Services performed at time of this review is the bid submission - no money paid at this time."
