"I am so thankful for this company! My disposal exploded a pipe under the sink and now my kitchen was basically useless! I called before I bought the Angie's List deal to see if that would be the best financial option for us (we are on a budget!), and I was told it would be (by the Owner? I can't remember.). Purchased the deal then got a call a little over an hour later saying that he had a guy coming out between 1 and 2. Got a call from the plumber, who got to our house much earlier! He gave us some tips, and showed my husband how it all worked down there. Fixed the clog. Was super nice and talkative but worked quickly.

This was based upon prior repair experience with this provider, and my complete satisfaction with the services provided in the past.  The repairman, Joey, who came for the dryer has repaired other appliances in this home, so I was pleased to see him. He quickly discovered the problem, advised that he needed parts, advised me of the price, Upon my agreement, he left to take care of another customer, obtain the parts needed for my service,. He assured me before leaving that he would complete the repair on the same day. He was true to his promise... within about an hour and a half, he was back at my house, and started right in on repairing it. when dose, he showed the parts which he replaced and demonstrated that the dryer was working fine. I cannot thank your company enough   .. I will continue to to call when needed. And, special thanks to Joey- you should be proud to have such a skilled and personable employee.
