He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"A-1 performed not only as expected, but were exceedingly efficient and adaptive. Our GE double oven fan stopped working and A-1 responded almost immediately via phone to set up an appointment that day. Since the oven wasn’t needed quickly and I had previous plans, I asked them to schedule for another day which they easily accommodated. They called in advance to let me know their exact time of arrival, arrived at that time, quickly confirmed the problem and began to install a new fan and electronics. Surprise! Being GE, the replacement fan which they brought was broken (completely broken in it’s nicely packed original GE replacement part packing box). Undeterred, they quickly made the 45 min trek back to the fan supplier and the 45 min trek back, completed the install of the now, working fan and reinstalled the oven! Thank-you for the outstanding repair job!!!"
