"The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

"The tile and grout cleaning/sealing work accomplished was absolutely beyond my expectations. The technician was very good and took the extra time to work with me on getting the grout color spot on. Outstanding company. I most definitely recommend them. My advice if you have any real stubborn dirty spots in your grout you might want to do a precursor grout clean prior to their arrival. I did just that and after Groutsmith was done the final results were amazing."
