I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

There was a small snafu with the wax ring and leaking water from the toilet to the basement after the floor installation and Joe & Alupe came out immediately to remedy the leak. "Dimitri did a very good job on our hallway. He managed to paint a very tight corner without getting any grey paint on our newly installed white trim. He has a very steady hand with the brush. The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

With the extend of damage that was likely due to poor workmanship from a previous install, repairing the damage and installing a new door was the outcome. Steve and his brother had their hands full and did a bang up job. We found another problem with gable damage during the initial visit and had that work done also. A keen eye saved us from serious problems down the road. We will definitely have them back for other projects that are on our to do list. Also, not afraid to refer them to friends or family."
