Finally decided to call in an expert and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the first company that was listed in a Google search. The first thing I noticed was the company's consistently high customer satisfaction results (at least 4.5 stars). Customer service is very important to me when doing any work to our home, which is our biggest investment. I called and spoke with Cat Vaillancourt to set up an appointment. We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!"

"Brian and his crew did a great job. I reached out when I found a leak coming in from my chimney. They understood the urgency and came out to take a look. After agreeing to hire them, Brian came out the next day in the rain and put a tarp over the chimney to prevent any further damage. The shingles I chose were going to be delayed so I was offered an upgraded shingle at no additional cost! The communication was excellent and they arrived exactly when they promised. The crew all wore gloves and masks and were very respectful and courteous. They were done in a day and my roof looks great. They did a great job cleaning up the roofing material. The only knock I can give is that there are some handprints on some siding after being reinstalled on the dormers. Hopefully it will wash off in the rain and will be a moot point. "I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"They were hired to replace the roof on my 3 level three-family, which had 3 layers of shingles on it!! (Which is illegal btw, but what do I know?) Collected deposit, materials and dumpster the day before, done in 1.5 days!! Workers are very polite! Owner stayed in contact with me throughout! Called them to request that they come back to go over some areas again with a magnet, he came back and did the whole property! But now I test easy knowing I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof! Owner came back to collect the balance due, and I was amazed, bc my house was built in 1890, chances are good that those 3 layers of shingles are from the original roof, so I was AMAZED that they only needed 3 sheets of plywood, I thought there would be more damage, what a blessing!! They were honest to a single woman whom they could have lied to and they didnt!! Hopefully there are no more nails in the yard, but if there are, I'm sure the owner will come back again!
