I was very satisfied with the results and they kept me informed throughout the process, making sure I was happy with the design. He checked in with the crew and me throughout the day. He even noticed that the pavers that were delivered were not quite right and picked up new ones the morning of the job. "This was one of the most professional and pleasurable contractors we have ever worked with! We needed our pool deck and patio area redone. We contacted 4 different companies for estimates but immediately, Roy Tatargia Masonry was steps ahead of the others. The cost was comparable and some even cheaper but what we loved about Roy, from the onset, was his responsiveness, follow up and attention to detail. He came out immediately after we spoke on the phone, to view our backyard. We then receive the written estimate the next day and he called to follow up to see if we had any questions. A few of the others didn't even send us an estimate until a week later. We had done our due diligence before we sought quotes, and had decided on a style/color before we reached out to contractors. Despite doing that, Roy made suggestions on the design/style and color which we ultimately used and were all the right suggestions! We wanted the job done asap for a family celebration in our backyard. He moved a few things around and scheduled us for 2 weeks later (which was tight) even though the wait time was at that time, about a month. He then called us the following day to say he had a cancellation and then the very next day, he started the job. Literally, brick pavers were delivered less than 24 hours later. The job was done in a few days and is gorgeous. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the job. We will use them the next time and highly recommend them. A++"

The final plumbing and setup steps were done quickly and efficiently. The crew tested each zone and adjusted the sprinkler heads for max coverage."

"Their communication is poor, I claimed a deal for the service and they called back and told me to make sure that the driveway is cleaned up, so I cleaned the driveway and prep it for them to do the sealcoating, the service was set to done tomorrow, I called them them up today to confirm the service tomorrow, the lady who answered said she would call me back in an hour, I never got a callback; I call them again and they now told me that its too far for them to provide the service, therefore unable to provide the service. I just have to look for another provider that would come and sealcoat my asphalt driveway. I would consider hiring them if they would come to my place and with a fair price too."

"Larry came out and did an analysis of our exterior drainage system, as we were having some puddling issues in the front and rear of our yard. We had just moved into the home a few months prior and Larry also did an analysis of our basement as we were having some concerns about the slightly bowed wall in our basement. Larry was very thorough and took a lot of time to go through the details of the exterior french drainage system he would install. He responded back to us in a timely manner and was extremely reasonable with their quote compared to other bids we had received from other contractors.
Larry and his team came out to the house and made quick work of a tedious job.  They took good care to keep the job-site as tidy as possible. Although Larry changed from the original plan, we felt comfortable with this as he was very thorough when explaining the reasons behind the change and we felt he had our best interest at heart. If we had any questions Larry was always available to answer them for us even when we called at 9pm.
We had a walkway that they had to cut through in order to run the piping for the drainage and Larry even added concrete to fix the walkway even though it wasn't in our original proposal.
We feel like with the work that was completed we got an excellent price and we have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly.
