"Al came out initially on time (early actually!) was exceptionally professional and gave a tiered quote on work that "needs" to be done and "could" be done with fair pricing. We scheduled the work for a later date and Al returned and did a fantastic job! He was punctual (again) and efficient-completing all the agreed upon work in a timely manner. He also plugged a hole in the back of our fireplace we didn't know about until we removed the wood burning stove and filled extra cracks on the chimney after capping it. "Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy!
