Even though Gary was already booked up for the week, he went by thursday evening, reassembled what had been removed by tenant, diagnosed what broke and returned with parts friday am. Paul Mitchell stated I needed 4 lbs of refriegerant at $289/lb totaling $1156. Cristain at Next Level diagnosed the same problem, but stated I only needed 3 lbs of refrigerant at $125 toling $375., a $781 savings. I agreed to purchase annual maintenace form Next Level which provided an additional $50 savings on my bill and Next Level's Annual maintenenace for 2 A/C units was onlky $250 versus $260 with Paul Mitchell."
