When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000. After waiting a year to try and come up with the funds to get something done I saw reviews on Angies list about Orlando and his company that made me feel that he was an honest guy and I could trust him. From the first call I felt that I was treated like an important customer and they were ready to help. Orlando and his crew came out that day and the next morning and were exceptional in their work ethic. They spent hours in unbearable heat diagnosing and fixing the problem. They determined that the unit was fine and just needed service and a Freon charge. While the previous contractors spent a few minutes looking at it and immediately told me I needed a new system. I don't know what more I can say about Hutchinson heating and air except they are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their A/C. 5 stars, A++++, Excellent."
