"tMy first contact with Universal Appliance Service was by telephone. At that point I told them I had a Bosch stackable washer and dryer set. After that conversation, our communication switched to email. In a email I gave them the model number and serial number of the washing machine . I took time off work to be home for their visit. Unfortunately they only sent one guy when they need two to deal with the stackable set. So I wasted my time off work and we had to reschedule for another day. That why they are getting a B rating. <br /> When they returned the work was completed in a timely manner, they cleaned by after themselves and everything was fine. Price for the parts and labour was on the high end of normal but competitive . In other words, he price was acceptable. <br /> if you have stackables, you must make sure they are bringing a two man crew or you waste will time off work like i did. <br /> <br />"

"The company that installed them simply set a service call for 3 days in the future. No sense of urgency or responsibility to a long time loyal customer. I am so glad I called Judah. He wouldn't let me just spend more money. Rather he wanted me to resolve it with the original company. After we chatted for a while he, and this why I recommend him and it's still unbelievable to me, he actually got on the phone trying to find someone in my area (Burbank) that would stop by and check why a new motor would not turn on. While he was on the phone I did as he asked and turned the system blower to ON. Miracle of miracles, it worked. Hadn't worked the night before, but it did then. He saved me a bunch of money and I got to have a cool home for a hot weekend. Here's a man that wanted to solve my problem even though there was nothing in it for him. Amazing and wonderful. He'll be my new go to repairman, that's for sure."
