"Tore off old roof and replaced with new.  Stayed on timetable.  Came when they said they would both date and times. Worked efficiently.  Cleaned up completely at the end of both days. They even raked the gardens where there ladders had been. The agent (Chris) with whom I signed the contract was  well informed and took time to answer my questions clearly.. He came back at end of job to inspect for himself.
