The process was not speedy.  We discovered the septic system needed to be replaced and the plumbing system was dissolving.  We decided to add a bathroom and a closet to the room above the garage.  Santos and Shari worked together, finding the right specialists and contractors, keeping the permits on schedule and the work moving forward.
