"They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"Fairly competitive pricing for full replacement with new gutters. Had to have them come back several times to replace the the flashing (tin cutters got out of control when installing gutters leaving numerous visible gashes) and repairing rolls on the underlayment which gave the roof waves. Was told ?I get what I pay for? by the foreman when asking them to repair the deficiencies. Finally was resolved after continually calling. Likely wouldn?t hire again given the run around. Fairly good work otherwise."

"Charm City Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the work efficiently, and left everything clean and neat afterward. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and I feel confident knowing my home is well protected. I highly recommend Charm City Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch roofing services!"

"Roofing with Integrity installed a new roof on my house, build new cement paver steps and install a new side door. In all instances, they did excellent work. Their pricing was fair and TJ, the owner was very responsive. Two of our neightbors expressed in new roof after seeing their work. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Mike met me at my house on time and delivered a very competitive quote. We went with the Certainteed Landmark Pro shingle which included a 5 star warranty from Certainteed. Alberto and the team showed up on time and were professional. We had some wet weather when the roof was installed but since they installed the roof a section at a time the roof was always covered and not exposed to the weather. The new roof looks great and Complete Exteriors was a pleasure to work with on this project."
