"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! If you're reading this and intend to refinish or install new wood floors, look no further. BR Flooring is the best!"

"JZ Construction was a great company to have complete our deck repair/repaint project. James did work on our double back deck, which consisted of upper deck top banister replacement, floor board & partial banister replacement on lower deck, and power washing & repainting of both decks. His attention to detail and work ethic were complimented by his positive attitude. He kept us informed on progress of each step done and answered any questions we had. All went very well and we are very happy with the results! We would hire JZ Construction again for future projects!"

"Simply put, they did a excellent job doing my projects! Everything was done to perfection and the accommodated us at every turn and problem. They went above and beyond normal expectations. I will use this file couple for any future needs!! They were awesome 👌! Thanks Byron and Cathrine!!"

"Went good. My floors look great. Ken Waldman, the owner, was great to work with."

"We selected American Kitchen Concepts after checking out several other companies. Dan, owner of the company, is also the designer. At other companies we felt that salesman / designer was just going through the motions and cranked out a cookie cutter, unimaginative design. Dan spends time to learn what you want and developed a design that was far superior and more aesthetically pleasing to those from other companies. After we signed the contract, we had second thoughts about our backsplash tile choice and decided not to extend the new flooring into our family room. Dan was very reasonable with his change order. Once the work started, their tradesmen were on site every weekday from demo to a new, functional kitchen. Dan and his installation team do a very good job of keeping the project moving. It would have finished on time, but the cabinet manufacturer shipped one cabinet 3” narrower than Dan ordered. Dan worked with the manufacturer to have the replacement cabinet expedited and it is due to arrive about a week after the other work was completed. The tradesmen are highly skilled and courteous. It was a comforting to have tradesmen in your house that you could trust. The final product is exactly as we had envisioned!"

"This firm is most impressive do to the speed at which they complete their tasks. Wayne was very responsive and always available to discuss the project. The workmen sanded and test stained multiple strips of floor to ensure that I would be happy with the final stain color. Uniquely, they did not charge extra for the stain coat."

"We had some minor flooding in our basement and needed to replace some of the carpet. I first received estimates from two nationwide carpet companies. After reading the good Angies List reviews, I decided to get a third quote from Dependable Carpet & Flooring. I spoke to Tom, the owner, who personally came out. Unlike the chain stores, Tom took time to review our needs and later emailed us a carefully designed, competitive quote without pressuring us. Showing a willingness to work with us, he gave us different options for replacing only the damaged carpeting or the whole basement. He beat the competitors' pricing, and even offered more choices in terms of carpet and padding. We decided to do the whole basement, and we're glad we did. The installers came out and did a great job, and were friendly to my kids while still working efficiently, getting the job done in one day. The new carpet looks and feels fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dependable Carpet & Flooring. We are so happy with the job that we will call them again if we save up enough to re-carpet our upstairs bedrooms."

"Showed up on time, did great job. Was amazed how fast the job was done."

"These folks are the BEST! They matched up problem wood pieces and replaced. They corrected mismatched previous floor replacement and improper plywood substitution. Their workers were meticulous in their work and bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied with their matching, sanding, staining and varnishing. Ensure little details of matching corners and closing of doors fit properly. Definitely would hire again!"
