"My steps from the garage to the laundry room were no longer stable. The bottom two steps were loose and needed to be supported. Marco the owner came over and explained that stringers needed to be installed to support the wood steps in the middle. He explained some options and prices. Picked and agreed on the work. He was able to come over one afternoon and did the job with his assistant. He was very professional and explained what he was doing because I kept asking him questions.
