Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. He didn't try to upsell us, and in fact told us our gutters were fine and didn't need replacing prior to the gutter guards. The crew came out and finished the job in one day. A month later, so far so good. They also sent us pictures of the job from on top of the roof once it was complete so we could see how everything looked. So far I have no complaints!"
