I had my basement waterproofed and Alex, Augie, Damon, Ty were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. My basement is my place of business. It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. Jonathan H and Kevin came in and anchored the wall and put covers over the anchors. They did a super job, the wall looks great, and we feel safe! All "my" men were wonderful! They were efficient, thoughtful, helpful, kind and considerate of me and my business. I would recommend them and the company to my family and friends."

I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

She answered my questions, explained what she were doing and talked about replacing my garbage disposal in the future and didn't push anything on me but she was giving me advice on what to look for when it does potentially fail. She was helpful, keeping an eye on things and what to look for. I would call them again because I felt like this. The service was good and a lot of explanations was an added bonus."

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"We called Mike about 5:15 PM on Monday the 20th. He said he would be out first thing in the morning and he was. Our well was very challenging but he persevered. It took 3 days to get out old pump out. Other companies probably would have just told us we need a new well. But Mike seemed to realize we couldn't afford to drill a new well and kept at it and did a great job! At one point our alpacas got loose and he even helped me get them back into their pen. Mike and young Mike did a terrific job and I can't recommend them enough!"

"The capacitor in the outside unit had failed. Tech had a replacement on his truck. Town & Country uses a flat rate pricing, so if they have to run and get a part or encounter some similar issue, the customer doesn't pay extra beyond the flat rate. I was charged $116 for the part plus $79 for the service call, total $195. I was satisfied."

"In 2017, the water table under our house increased. Our finished basement flooded. I contacted several places, most were unresponsive or had a big sales pitches but couldn't get to it for months. Then Absolutely Dry Basement and Waterproofing called back. They told me what needed to be done and I said go. They put in new drain tile throughout the basement and a sump pump. The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."
