"We suffered water damage to the hickory floor in our home after the storms of January & February 2023. We contacted Clark’s Hardwood Floors, Inc. for help. We were very happy with Clark’s through all phases of refinishing, from the initial estimate through job completion. Their estimate was significantly lower than a competitor’s bid, their office staff was delightful to deal with, and their refinishing crew was superb. Our refinishing crew was Jorge (lead) and Nidiro. Jorge let us know exactly what to expect and when, which helped us plan our own activities around the job. They used the “atomic dust-free system” to sand off the old finish. It really was dust free! They were thorough and meticulous in everything they did. And, although the old finish was removed completely along baseboards and in every nook and cranny, our baseboards were not even nicked! Every flaw in the floor was meticulously addressed. These guys were excellent craftsmen! Because we had had issues in front of the kitchen sink, at Larry Moreno’s suggestion the new finish was completed with Traffic Commercial Grade polyurethane. The result was stunning! Our hickory floor looks better than ever before! We are thrilled with the results! All our interactions with Clark’s have been excellent! We recommend them highly!"

"Dom did a superb job on both carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing. He was very responsive to our calls/texts and explained exactly what was to be done every step of the way. The owner of DG Flooring, Dom was on site each day, working diligently alongside or independent of his employees. His work was professional, thorough, and completed in a timely fashion (6 consecutive days). His focus was on our project alone, so he didn’t “disappear” to attend to some other project. He even requested to work, and we allowed, into the early evening and on the weekend in order to complete the project by the agreed upon deadline. He was very accommodating to our needs, trying as much as possible not to create any inconveniences. He and his crew were very respectful and very hard working. His pricing was reasonable and came in as he had estimated. He moved furniture at no additional cost. He also did other related work, I.e., he removed a pony wall, moved an outlet, and retextured and painted a wall. He and his crew cleaned up nicely at each day’s end. His work is of high quality and he wouldn’t declare any part of the job finished until it met his own high expectations. We highly recommend Dom and DG Flooring to anyone looking for an outstanding contractor."

"Empire was very coinvent with their response to quote my carpet project. Lexi the sales rep was very kind and helpful. My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. The carpet material is very nice and the installers did a awesome job and cleaned up after nicely as well. I do recommend Empire for their timeliness and craftsmanship."

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"I needed removal of existing vinyl and particle boards from my kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, family room and living room. Majid and his team did an excellent job based on our agreement. They prepped the floors in each room for installation of solid wood and ceramic tiles."

"Elephant Floors did a nice job both finding the right material to match the existing floor and installing it. They were ready to accommodate our time schedule, and it took only about 2 weeks to get the materials and to get the job done. Well done!"

"Services were great! Super quick removal of old hardwood floor and install of new tile in a small half bathroom. Clean job, will hire again!"

"I received three quotes for the work. Wise provided the most comprehensive quote, and it was also the least expensive. Sal was a great project manager. He kept me appraised of each step of the process, assisted me in the selection of cabinets and countertop, and promptly responded to any questions/requests I made. Frederico was the lead worker. He consistently kept me appraised of their progress, what the next steps entailed, and if there was going to be a day/weekend they would not be back (due to permit appointments, etc). The crew did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day, and at the end of the project."
