"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It went great. My house was on the market at that time and I needed my roof fixed right away. I got estimates and he came in with the best price. He said that he would be able to get to it the following week, which he did and that was one of the things that stood out to me. The other thing that stood out was that he called me and I didn't know he was at the house at that time. He asked me if I wanted him to go ahead and switch out one of the boots on the roof because it was going to be changed. I did ask him to look at the roof and I told him that I would like him to do that. When I went by the house, there wasn't anybody there and I could tell that no one had been there to work on the roof yet. When I talked to one of my neighbors, they said that he was there two days ago. Other than the roof doesn't leak anymore, there was no evidence that he had been there. The crew completely cleaned up everything and they were in and out in an afternoon. I called them and he came out the very next day to give me an estimate and he was out three days later to fix the roof. "Very professional and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My roof and gutters were replaced last Fall ('20) on my single story home and attached garage. The job was completed in the timeframe given, the workers were efficient and the workmanship high-quality. I appreciated the attention to details like the flu pipes and chimney, which were also replaced, and all of the little things they proactively took into consideration. I have two skylights, which they also gave particular attention to, given their general tendency to leak. The new roof has now been through a cold winter, a significant snowfall, and a few heavier rains. I had a couple of VERY minor issues and Justin, the owner, responded IMMEDIATELY to my calls, even months after the installation was complete. Anything I've contacted him about has been attended to and resolved promptly.
