"Mr. Reynolds came out the SAME DAY that I called, a Saturday.  It was a day of heavy rain and flooding (and therefore the leaks in the roof revealed themselves).  He had to drive far out of his way to get to me because of the flooding in his rural area, but he made it.  I was very grateful because my home was on the market, and I was fretting over the time and cost of roof repairs.  Mr. Reynolds checked out the roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that day; he honored the Angie's List coupon I had.  
I owned half a duplex, and he looked at my neighbors' side as well.  Their side also had soil pipes that needed to be replaced.  The neighbors half was also on the market.  Mr. Reynolds felt an inspector would cite the need for repairs.  I was able to let my neighbor know of the situation so he could check for leaks and not have an unpleasant surprise in his house during showings.
The repairs were completed a few days later.  PSR made the extremely inconvenient and untimely situation as painless as possible.

"Very professional and EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My roof and gutters were replaced last Fall ('20) on my single story home and attached garage. The job was completed in the timeframe given, the workers were efficient and the workmanship high-quality. I appreciated the attention to details like the flu pipes and chimney, which were also replaced, and all of the little things they proactively took into consideration. I have two skylights, which they also gave particular attention to, given their general tendency to leak. The new roof has now been through a cold winter, a significant snowfall, and a few heavier rains. I had a couple of VERY minor issues and Justin, the owner, responded IMMEDIATELY to my calls, even months after the installation was complete. Anything I've contacted him about has been attended to and resolved promptly. He and his staff have proven to be reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly VERY responsive, long after the bill had been paid. I was almost happy to have had an issue or two, since it gave me a chance to see how they (and I) would be handled and treated. Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy.
