There was some urgency to getting it done and they sent the right number of people to meet the deadline. And when unforeseeable complications arose they worked with me in order to find a solution that would achieve the goal of the project without extreme cost overrun. There are many contractors out there who will give you a wide range of quotes. If you want to go cheap then find someone who will do a half ass job for little money. In addition to clapboard style vinyl siding, Jace installed stacked stone vinyl on our entry way, which came out beautiful. Jace was great to work with, on time, and did professional work. "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
