"The company was able to give us an appointment the same day we desperately needed our sump pump replaced. I was surprised at how quick they could help us. The ladies I spoke with to set up the appointment were very friendly and kind. The tech that arrived was timely and very helpful. He removed our old sump pump and replaced it with a new one. The only reason I am rating them a B instead of an A is because we could not believe how high the cost was for this project. We were not expecting to spend this amount especially just before the holidays. We truly believe the cost was over the top. With that being said, we are satisfied with the work performed and the quality of this company's customer service. We just strongly recommend anyone needing Sump Pump services to make sure you get multiple quotes if at all possible."

We called Mr Andrews after we discovered that gate was damaged. Mr Andrews told me that his employees were independent contractors and were responsible for any damages that occur. Mr Andrews asked me to send him pictures and a description of the damage. He said he would have his independent contractor contact me to resolve the issue. To date we have not heard from his independent contractor or Mr Andrews to resolve the issue The company does a good pumping your septic tank but doesn't take care of any damages that they cause.
