"Carpenters did a great job and the owner of the company Steve kept me informed and gave me suggestions and idea on the renovation that ended up saving me some money. I would strongly recommend them without hesitation."

"My husband and I recently purchased our first home, a charming 46-year-old Cape Cod, and our oak floors were in need of a little TLC. After getting quotes from a few different flooring companies, I knew Footprints was the company for the job. Scott was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident the job would be done well, correctly, completely, and in a timely fashion. We were fortunate they were able to complete the project before we had to officially move in. And now the previously neglected hardwood in our new home looks stunning and natural! They even replaced some boards where there was significant pet damage and it all blends so seamlessly and beautifully! Cannot recommend Scott, Jose, and the team enough! Thank you!"

"I could not be more happy with the floors put in. The men came and worked non-stop until everything was completed. Cleaned up after installation with a job well done."

"They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"Very professional and courteous. Knew what they were doing and explain each stop through the installation of my front storm door. Did additional front gutter work. Would hire these guys again, not pricey, well worth what they charged. Saved my a lot of money."

"Daniel is an extremely hard worker. If I could give 100 stars I would. I am a house renovator and he's done well over 50 houses for me. He's reliable efficient, fast paced and the best in the business. I would never hire anybody else. The work is outstanding and he is by far the best! A+ quality work!!!!"

"The work was very effective, efficient, good communication, there was a time that we needed to be out of the house and we were able to planned well for that, I have very high confidence on them doing the right amount of work. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. They remain available even when the work has been done, they were very responsive and ready to provide documents that I needed for the real estate purchase."
