"While performing two small repair jobs, they discovered a much more serious problem, a pipe leaking into the basement, which had been going on unnoticed for a long time. They were able to return the following day and make the repair. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and their pleasant dispositions. "Smooth as could be from call to completion.  For $279 (Angie's List deal) they came in and reglazed our nasty old tub to a sparkling white new finish.  It was fast, too. Our old tub had been flaking and chipping - it looks BRAND NEW.  The one note of caution that I would say is the smell is AWFUL.  Thankfully, we have an attic fan and a bathroom fan.  It took about 2-3 days before going into the bathroom didn't knock you out. :)  The installer cautioned not to use bathmats on the tub anymore, since they could suction up the coating I guess.  There are options for non-slip aids though.

"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

"Bob was a few minutes late, but since there was a traffic event I didn't hold that against him. He communicated with me by email and by phone prior to the install.  He removed an old over range Microwave oven and installed a new one for me.  He ran into a bit of trouble with the removal, but quickly solved the problem and got the new one up and running pretty quickly.  He was done within the hour and things have worked perfectly ever since.  I asked him some questions about my sink's lack of pressure and the icemaker in my fridge that doesn't work.  He recommended some things and suggested I call him back when I was ready to deal with them.  I am finding a new fixture and working on finding an ice maker.  I'll call him back when I am ready for hiim to install them. He does excellent work, and I will have him back to do more.  Count on it. "

"They will install any brand of water heater you wish, or sell you one that they carry. Person who did the install my heater did give me a heads up of problems with the unit I was buying. I ended up buying a different brand (not from the installer), and quite honestly am much happier with choice I made. Doing addition research did confirm the original concerns with my choice of product so it wasn't an issue of the installer trying to make a sale of his product."

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."
