"Scott came out and within the first 20 minutes found a great deal of mold in several of the walls of my finished basement. He also found some mold in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink. The greatest quantity of it was in the basement walls-- none of which was visible without pulling back some baseboards and drilling a few holes. He identified it right away and the procedure was minimally invasive. I then had them do a remediation, which took place a few days later and they had to remove the outside walls in 2 place and a few small sections of the inside walls in the finished lower level. It was done in one day and they used a negative air pressure system to make sure that the mold spores that were released while they were working were all sucked out the basement window and didn't cross contaminate the house. I was very happy with the job and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. "Perfect. Our salesman, Andrew, was prompt (which I expect), he listened to everything I had to say and if he disagreed with me on something he told me (I expect nothing less). I wanted gray cabinets and he told me why I shouldn't. We now have white. I made it perfectly clear to him that I wanted no surprises and if something happened I wanted to know about it immediately so we could remedy it. I picked the start date which was about 6 weeks out so that wasn't a problem. I chose the daily start and end times and it went off without a hitch. I knew there would be some disruption in my daily routine so knowing in advance a start and end time worked well for everyone. They cleaned up every day before they left for the evening. Andrew stopped by twice (I think) to see the progress. There were a couple of touch-ups and as soon as I made a call, someone was there the next day. They were more expensive than any other painting bids I received but after talking with Andrew, hearing about the guarantee, and that basically the job was going to be done until I was 100% satisfied, I decided to go with them."

I received 5+ quotes for this project and Mike was the only one to go on the roof, take measurements, calculate my venting and give me a real honest assessment. I was very impressed.
