"This visit was just a fall check up. But I purchased the units from them going on 5 years ago and they have since given me great service. I took their maintenance policy, which was very affordable . Their techs (Justin) are great. Very knowledgeable and give helpful hints to get the most from my units. Having delt with other companies through the years. I can't say enough good things about BJ's H&A. Do not hesitate to call them."

They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
