"Very well. Inspector surveyed the foundation and made measurements in the house. After his assessment, he determined the issues were primarily cosmetic and no foundation repairs were needed. I had asked two other companies for an assessment. One agreed with no repairs being necessary and one wanted to do a major foundation repair. It certainly pays to get more than one opinion.
