They didnt build it to code and the sub contractors they used were not fully qualified to do the job. The screen door is not installed correctly and I am still waiting for them to resolve this."

Then I asked if he would trim a stuck wooden patio door, reattached some gutters and hang some thick plastic curtains on the outside of a patio. He did all these cheerfully, and along the way, selected about 25 vintage LPs I had as payment for the extras.
