"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"I called target garage door and gate to get an estimate for a new door, i try to find few company that look ok to me target was one of them that catch my eye and after few estimate that i receive i choice to go with them.
they provide me with the best quote for a custom door  included opener and installation, they was able to make it in a week, they provide with very professional work, i am very happy with the result and definately will recommend them!

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

They not only gave me a fair price for the work done, but they did not try to upsell me on additional work that was not necessary for the project we needed done. "Via the web I reached out to Angies List on Sunday 07/19/2020 for a time sensitive request to put up a rear garden 6ft fence + driveway gate ASAP. Angies List recommended 3 Contractors.- One of which was US Home Developers, INC,. Within 10 Mins Vanessa US HOME Developers, INC. Company representative called me back to schedule an in home visual survey walkthrough with Field Supervisor Daniel Dachot for the Very next day (Now thats what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service)! Based on Vanessa's quick response I new I was in good hands. Daniel arrived punctual first thing Monday morning with a good cheerful dispositon and was able to provide a good honest estimate on the spot based on services offered & provided. Daniel has years of field hard/lanscaping experience and I found him to be knowledgable, Upfront, Proactive and a True Professional who works quickly..Fabian & his team arrived the following Wednesday 7/29/2020 to put up the fence + Driveway Gate - they did an AWESOME Job and worked diligently to complete the work all in one day. THANK YOU TEAM - YOU ROCK -the fence & gate looks AMAZING!! Thank you Vanessa and Daniel for puttng this together and making this happen. I purchased a big deal for this service and it worked out good. I just did not really jell with the designer so I did not use them. I did not like his ideas and did not like how they threw out the dollar amount for the project without knowing what I wanted to do. They are good, but it just did not work for me.

"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."
