Milecas installed a patio with 2 seat walls, one with a back wall, the other with columns, both with lighting. He also installed a patio door landing with steps and lighting. Both the patio and steps were beautiful but the thing that struck me most about Milecas is his integrity and dedication to his work. The work was finished according to the schedule that we agreed on and on budget. Talking of budget, we talked to 6 contractors including Milecas and Milecas has the lowest cost and we got more for our money. "Pierce Shallis has taken care of our property for several years, and our property is always left in beautiful condition. His workers and site managers are professional, friendly, and well-trained. Last week we had some plants and river rocks installed next to blue stone steps that were installed last year. Again the work was professionally completed. We have had John as our site manager for the last four visits to our property installing drainage and plants as well as spring clean-up. He is very focused on the job to be completed but always evaluates other areas of the property to ensure that it is in good condition. On this visit he noticed problems with our ivy and indicated that he would research possible solutions. He is a great team leader working along with the other workers. Communication, responsiveness, timeliness, quality and professionalism were all top notch. Price was very fair, a few hundred higher then others but Zach’s crew didn’t bring anything through my house and instead went above and beyond to clear the shared back alley and bring all materials in/out that way. No way was I going to call an engineer. I called Evergreen and Keith came out. He looked at the situation and it didnt seem to phase him at all. He was the first guy to come out whose eye balls didnt pop out of his head. He got back to me with a fair price and was able to start a few days later. He installed lots of stone and pipe. Regraded the yard and planted new seed. Keith literally drained my swamp. I never in a million years would think that I would ever have to water my backyard. I have to water it every night now. I would definitely recommend Evergreen for your landscaping and drainage needs."
