"We agreed on around 5pm. I told him I had already had someone not show up and texted him for assurance he would be here.He texted back that he would be here "around 5 pm." At 5:30 pm he called to say he would be at work another hour? At work? I'm sorry but I thought when he bid on my job that was work. Apparently that work doesn't count. )-: CANCELLED to look for a professional who won't leave me in the lurch for some other job."
