"This company is extremely dishonest. I noticed termite tubes in my crawlspace and inspected them myself for about an hour. I also had another company (Humphrey’s) look it over before getting a second quote. I did not find any current activity, nor did Humphrey’s after a long inspection. Newtown Pest came and did a 2 minute inspection, saying things like “whoa! Holy s—-!,” as if my crawlspace was infested with termites. The inspector then said “oh man! Here’s an active one right here!” I asked him to take a photo and he said “oh, they crawled back into the hole before I could get the picture.” Shocker! He then proceeded to make a hard sell about why I wasn’t agreeing immediately to contract with them (because I knew he was lying). Another company (Western) came the next day and…no current activity. When I called to complain, no manager got back to me. This tells me that the company operates this way: declare an emergency, make a hard sell, and no one’s the wiser. Do not hire them."

So, after reading the reviews on "Angi" for exterminators in Newtown I called Green Pest Solutions. The next morning Matt from Green Pest Solutions called and said he had already looked at the hive and it was an abandoned wasp hive and was no threat since the wasps were gone and it would fall down on its own and there was no charge for his inspection and advice. I was amazed! How easy would it have been for him to simply remove the hive and charge me the going rate of several hundred dollars? I would have paid and not thought anymore about it. All of us have heard stories of being taken advantage of by someone doing work for us, but you will never hear a story like that about Matt and Green Pest Solutions."

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
