"I called and initially spoke with Tom about the home my wife & I just purchased with termite damage in the basement. He was a very friendly person and scheduled one of his guys to come out and check out our house, Kevin. Kevin came out, checked out the perimeter and the basement and determined there were no active termites, especially since May/June was prime season to see them active. However, in the best interest of preventing them from coming back and to be doubly sure they weren't present, he advised to spray the damage with some foam as well as inject termador deep in the ground surrounding the house, giving my home a protective barrier along the perimeter. All of this treatment was safe to be around in general, but I worried about how long before I could beef up the repairs in the basement. Kevin advised it would take 24 hours for the treatment to take effect and then we could begin with making more substantial repairs in the basement. Kevin was quick yet thorough, communicative, and friendly. The quote provided was roughly 150-200 bucks cheaper than a competitor I spoke with who was terrible at communication.
