"Marvin & Alberto of All Service Moving did a fantastic job - fast, friendly, careful, and thorough. They loaded and shipped boxes and furniture from two locations over an hour apart to our new home. Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"This company moved my belongings from McKinney Texas to Chicago Illinois a couple of months ago. The guys packed our one bedroom apartment very professionally and quickly. I would recommend this company to my friends."

"Tony and Ika were very professional and courteous. They handled all of my items with care both moving them out and moving them into my new home. I was very happy with their services"

"I had gone through many moves earlier but this was the smoothest one as per my recollection. Firstly, Ed was very responsive in getting you an accurate quote. He followed up to have a visit to the unit to assess the items to be moved to eliminate any ambiguity. It seemed they are compliant to various norms and was very attentive to the client’s needs. They sent reminders before the actual day and provided certain tips for a hassle-free move thereby saving my cost as well as effort of his own men. The guys arrived right on time and offered me a third person at no additional cost. All I took care was by tipping him extra as he helped us off the record. The boys were very methodical and quickly finished the packing within 1.5 hrs. They even helped us clear two items from our apartment storage. The drive was short and we followed the truck and reached my destination wasting no time. At the site, the furnitures were offloaded with much care and all we did was to show them which item goes where. I would highly recommend litemovers to anyone moving in our community and of course to all my friends in future as long as they are moving within their service area. Overall a job well executed."

"Fantastic service very friendly staff. Quick and efficient very good on communication. Would defintiely recommend to anyone who needs to move."

"Wonderful experience. Moving is something I hate so much, I swore I'd never relocate again (until life circumstance altered that decision for me). These folks made it as easy as a cross country move can possibly be. The local team and their long-distance hauling partners were terrific. I struggle to convey how much their care, professionalism, and general good nature stood out to me. Communication was proactive and thorough, they kept to the estimate, they were fast but cautious with our possessions (which included a lot of antiques), and we also had them pack the very fragile stuff (stemware and such) from the kitchen and dining rooms. Not only did they serve us well, they treated each other well. While that may not seem relevant, you learn a lot being around a team of 6 people doing really hard work. How they think of themselves and one another, it seems to me, says something about how they view their clients and their clients' belongings. It's also worth mentioning that not a single item was damaged. While that is a nice convergence of the mover's skill and luck, the former probably plays the greatest part in the outcome. In looking at the cost, note that this involved packing 2 rooms plus some add'l items we never got to, materials to pack those items, team of 6 loading in PA, team of 2 unloading in TX at two locations (new apartment and storage unit), and obviously hauling the contents roughly 1,600 miles. I would recommend these folks to anyone and I would definitely use them again."

"We agreed to pay the extra 40 dollars to have them give an on-site estimate which was supposed to be a 14 hour move with a crew of three and a truck. They arrived with the truck and three guys but no moving equipment. We had many heavy items like This End Up furniture and some appliances and they were not prepared to handle the loads. They dropped some of the items on the newly refinished floors and hit the banister and steps causing noticeable damage. They did not report to us any of the damage. It took them 22 hours to make the move, which was way over the estimate. We ended up having to help them move the items into the new house for over 6 hours of our own time so they could get home and we are no spring chickens. After complaining about the extra hours they charged us for three extra hours. They were a good group of guys but not very prepared. This was not a smooth moving experience."

"I recently used fast perfectly moving for an out-of-state move, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Communication was clear, they arrived right on time, and all my belongings were delivered safely without a scratch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable long-distance movers!"

"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them."

"Every portion of the move is contracted out: the guy that comes to do home survey and estimate, movers that load the truck, the driver, the movers that unload the truck. These are all different entities, not a single cohesive company. There is no central coordination or continuity in service. It was the cheapest quote we received and it showed when the job was done. The surveyor was nice when at the home and helpful, but not available to take my calls or answer questions after that. The move coordinator was short, indifferent and rude with a smile. I would avoid this company if possible."
