Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"I have hired the We Move Philly guys several times, for moves to and from DC from Philly, for moves in Philly, for loading and unloading UHauls that I drove myself, and for moving furniture and other things inside my house. They are terrific! Professional, helpful, flexible, efficient and all around nice guys too. Their service is cost-efficient, but never cheap! They have packed, wrapped, protected and transported my daughter's belongings to and from DC (twice), picked up gym equipment we bought from a friend, moved my stepson from one house to another in Philly, with stops at a storage unit, moved two daughters out of my house and into a house in West Philly and helped get my house ready for renovations by relocating furniture. They show up on time, get the work done, and deal with unusual circumstances sometimes (dogs underfoot, odd rules for moving into apartments, perking permits that people ignore in downtown DC, etc), all with good humor. I would recommend them to anyone!"

"Overall a pleasant experience. The interaction with the scheduling and pricing person was very good and professional. They were proactive, managed my expectations as to what will occur when and what all I needed to do and what all will they do. Also, as compared to some other providers that I contacted through Angie's list, their quote was the most competitive. The movers showed up on time. They reviewed and loaded the stuff. I think they could have taken some extra care in loading the items but otherwise they were efficient. One of the loaders was more talkative than others and sort of took the "leadership" position among them. His expectations on receiving tips were misaligned to my own which I had to quickly set him in place with. Delivery was a similar experience. They showed up on time as promised, even though it was out of state delivery. The unloaded and kept the items where we asked them to. A few items received scratches (TV and some furniture. See my earlier comment about care in loading) which we did not notice until later. Our TV and furniture is getting old so we did not care as much. Other customers should insist on proper padding if the loaders don't do that. Once again, had to deal with the leader's tip expectations. All in all, I will not hesitate to use them again, should there be a need. Hope this helps."

"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them."

"Nothing was broken during the packing or the moving, but the company only sent two guys to do a large job. I had to continually point out things theyd left out of boxes when theyd finish; one room move on to another room things theyd just leave in a room while loading the truck. When I inquired about the time frame how things were needing to speed up, they mentioned several times that theyd just continue the job the next day, but we didnt have another day... we had to be out because we closed on the house the next morning! I had to call the main company twice and request extra help both days. It was such a long and excruciating two days. But everything arrived safely and in one piece."

"Meetinghouse Movers were awesome. I hired them to pack up my house and move to my new home about 90 miles away in another state. The pack up team showed care with all my belongings and kept me informed and involved as they did everything. Moving day was two days later and they packed the trucks and were on the road quickly. Unfortunately one of the trucks got a flat tire about 15 minutes from my new home and they were unable to get me all my stuff that day (otherwise they would have been done that day). They unpacked the other truck and then went to try to move things from one truck to another but the State Police wouldn't let them do this on the side of the road. The crew manager kept me informed and had the other truck to my home by 10 the next morning. The entire crew apologized at least 100 times for the flat - it was out of their control and not their fault. Before they finished the first day, they sat down and explained exactly what was going to happen the next day. Before they finished each day, they walked through the house with me asking if I was happy with the placement I had selected and moved anything that didn't look right to me. They are awesome movers and I can't say enough great things about them. After this white glove experience, I can't imagine ever using another packing and moving company."
