"We agreed on around 5pm. I told him I had already had someone not show up and texted him for assurance he would be here.He texted back that he would be here "around 5 pm." At 5:30 pm he called to say he would be at work another hour? At work? I'm sorry but I thought when he bid on my job that was work. Apparently that work doesn't count. )-: CANCELLED to look for a professional who won't leave me in the lurch for some other job."

"Kevin showed up on time. He fixed the following: replaced 1 x toilet valve, fixed 1 leaky toilet, replaced doorbell, aligned 2 doors that were not closing properly, and sealed gaps around the front door to reduce the draft. Will definitely call Kevin again for future handywork."

His vision of the project was impeccable as he suggested ideas that were not of my original thoughts for the project. The precision of perfectionism was above standards, and he was patient with my ideas and approach to the project. The estimated timeline of completion was just as he quoted. When he started the different phases of the project he always completed them before moving on to the next item based on his proposed time of completion. I’m very pleased with the end result of my project! We plan to use this Pro for Kitchen and Living Room projects which are upcoming this year.
