"My wife and I hired All Star Contractors to convert an attached garage into living space (about 250 sq ft) and we had an outstanding experience with them. Bill managed every step of the process (design, permitting, build) honestly and fairly, with excellent communication and reasonable pricing. The end result is exactly what we had hoped for. We first reached out to the company with a general idea of what we wanted to accomplish, and our budget. Bill understood what we wanted, and made many useful suggestions to help us create a room that was both aesthetically pleasing and practical, within the budget. The building process lasted about five weeks, with daily work done entirely by two members of Bill’s team (Derek and Mike), with Bill checking in daily to monitor progress. Having the same three people in our house allowed for excellent communication, and it was obvious how dedicated they were to their craft. "We were very happy with the service we received from Windows Plus. They had a good number of options for our front door and storm door and were upfront and honest about costs and the extended time it would take to get the door and get it installed (partly due to the pandemic). And they were able to get it installed within a couple weeks of the estimated date. The job was done professionally and without any problems. They even left us small jars of touch-up paint in case of any future scratches. Everyone we dealt with from the sale to the installation was friendly and willing to work with us for what we needed/wanted. What further impressed me was that we had them back a short time later when one of our garage doors broke to see about getting it replaced. The sales representative gave us an approximate price but told us it would probably be possible to just have it repaired for a cheaper price, even though they didn't perform that service. He provided me with the name of someone he knew, who we ended up using and were also happy with. I am always impressed when a business is willing to lose a job because it's to the benefit of the customer. That kind of honesty is what will keep me with a company, and I will certainly consider Windows Plus next time we have a job they could possibly do for us."
