"Easy to get a quote and schedule service.  He explained what they would do, and how they would do it.   They cleaned the exterior siding of our house which was growing algae and grime on the side of the house that doesn't get a lot of direct sun.  We removed the screens prior to them visiting, and they also got the window and door trim.  They called a week before service was scheduled to remind me and to see if we had any questions.  I missed the call so I tried calling back 2 times because I did have a few questions.  They never got back to me to answer my questions.  We weren't home at the time of service, so they left the invoice.  In general, the house looks a lot better than it did before, but we did also notice a few streaks of dirt in a few places where it looks like it just wasn't rinsed off all the way.    In the end, we would most likely use them again, but I would ask more questions the first time around. <br />"
