"The pads came out beautifully and fit perfectly. My table is an unusual size and goes from round to oval when expanded. The pads look great and if I wanted I could even leave them on all the time. They fit together easily and they're easy to put on and remove"

"Ricardo is a a very patient ,responsive, and personable person. I received an estimate on a Thursday and we started the job  a few days later on Monday. The whole job which was a lot of space to cover took 6 days and they arrived early and stayed late when necessary.               
They removed molding and repainted it which is rare with floor installation specialists . In the past, when I had this done at another one of my properties I had to get a  painter to do this trim work. It was nice that they did everything and I didn't have to call someone else to do the paint and molding work.
They also covered everything with plastic throughout my house. I was a little nervous given I have a lot of high end electronics and speakers but  they were covered properly. 
 My house looks great and overall is was a very good experience.

"Excellent! This was my second time using MTL Contracting and once again I am 100% beyond pleased with the services rendered. Matt did an amazing job pressure washing my house and gutters. He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning. The dryer works perfectly now, like it's brand new! I will definitely be calling MTL Contracting again for more work around my home this Spring!"

"I contracted with Paragon Remodeling Group/Safe Trust roofing for the installation of three security/storm doors, replacement of a gable vent and a minor masonry repair. The job was off to a slow start with multiple concerns involving the installation of the doors (life is never perfect and things don't always go as planned). Tom Hemmerle, the owner of this company, was contacted. He came to our home, inspected the job, assessed the situation and offered definitive solutions. "Our house was hit with a large tree during Superstorm Sandy and took down half of our deck.  We decided to take this opportunity to expand the existing deck to make it look like an extension of the interior of our home, and bring a modern flavor to the outside.  Our house was built in the late 1950's, so as we continue to update everything, we're trying to stick with a mid-century modern theme.  With most homes in our area being more traditional, most decking companies had a certain style they want to stick to and weren't creative enough or open to hear ideas out of the norm.  When we met with Lenny at Freeborne however, he listened closely and tried to help us come up with solutions to accomodate both our style, and function of outdoor space we were looking for.  We had been researching ways to modernize the house for awhile, and had a whole list of design ideas that we wanted to explore.  Instead of pushing us into doing the "norm" as other companies seemed to want to do, Lenny did some research on his own and provided suggestions how we could have the deck of our dreams.  As an example, we wanted one portion of the railing to be glass in order to not obstruct our view, but we had a hurdle to overcome.  That section of the deck also happens to hold up our roof.  Lenny was able to figure out a way to get around that by installing glass without jeopardizing the structural integrity of our house.
We can't be any happier with the results.  Everyone who has come to our house since has said it's the "coolest and "most beautiful deck they've ever seen!"  And these aren't just friends, even unsolicited comments from other contractors who have been here.  Our family is excited to spend a lot of time, and host many parties out there this summer.
Lenny and his entire team were extremely professional too.  I made a material change half way through, and everyone got on board and accommodated us with no push back.  They were always on time, always here when they said they would be, and very willing to address any questions or concerns.  In the midst of updating an old home that hasn't been maintained for many years, we've dealt with a lot of contractors......and I can easily say the Freeborne has been the most impressive one to date.

"Andres and his crew were fabulous, they finished ahead of schedule, the prep work involved on this property was really involved repairing a really worn and beat interior before painting. He made this house pop I actually was able to sell it as they were removing the protective paper off the floors. The first buyer through the home purchased it. They delivered the home cleaner than when they started ,as usual I could not have been happier but the best news was how happy my seller was returning home from being abroad to see their old home shining like a work of Art. It was a great before and after. I have used Andres and his company for dozens of jobs including new hardwood flooring. As a Realtor it is hard to give referrals for work man, all you can do is lose. Not so with AAA Painting, price and quality. It is torture to have workers in your home, AAA takes the pain out of it. I am happy to recommend them.

"It was a fantastic experience working with N Barlow Construction. From the very first phone call about the project to the first in-home visit to confirming the start date and time frame, Mr. Barlow was there and available by phone and text. He made sure that the space such as floors and walls were well-protected. I appreciated his bright, positive personality which made it easy to get started and get through the project. I had not done such an intensive project before and did not know how to gauge size or choose between colors. With the experience he has on many projects, he helped me make great choices that I’m happy with. His crew, too, reflects his expectations and customer service. They all speak highly of him and give their 100% on the job. I had to be away from home for much of the time and was very comfortable leaving the house in their care. Of Mr. Barlow’s crew, Kevin, in particular, stood out. He is incredibly talented in tile work which brought out the beauty of the tiles I selected. Anytime I had reasonable requests, such as switching out white lights for the yellow ones or installing a hand-held shower head instead of fixed or a shower drain with tiny holes, Mr. Barlow was accommodating. In addition, I asked for a couple of add-ons for which he quoted me a reasonable price and cushioned it into the time frame. In short, he was always responsive, completed the project on time, and his crew took good care of the surrounding space despite how much effort and time the bathroom renovation project ended up taking. The end result is that the bathroom Mr. Barlow helped me design and build is now much more spacious, beautiful and, most importantly, comfortable and a joy to use."
