"Bob and his sons saved my basement carpet from having to be replaced following a flood due to a leaking hot water heater.  Called Bob at 9 a.m.  He arrived early afternoon to review the situation.  Quoted $1500.  Hefty price, but, honestly, we were too desperate to price shop.  Basement is a home office with file cabinets, file boxes, computers/printers, etc.  Had his crew of sons come to house by 5:30 p.m.  Sucked up water with wet/dry vac, set up commercial dehumidifier and fans.  Checked on it for days with moisture meter.  Applied deodorizer.  Bottom line: Dried out the place such that we didn?t have to replace sheetrock, carpeting or padding. Vacuumed, cleaned (removed major water stains) and deodorized.  He and his sons are both personable and extremely hard working and efficient.  Everything happened as Bob said it would.  He was on top of the job.  We are very, very grateful.

"Frank's guys were great!  They protected the areas to be repaired; they were very neat and cleaned up daily.  They were prompt and efficient.  They used premium equipment to dry the area and made sure that everything was taken care of.   Once finished, everything was put back in order.  Frank is VERY customer oriented and attentive to his customer's needs.

Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"We hired Statewide to repair a leak in our ceiling and to change our shower fixtures and replace tiles in our shower. I contacted Juan and he promptly returned my call and came to our house to give us an estimate. "I wqill mprobably wait bThe meeting and ensuing discussions went very well. George is a big likeable guy who sticks to the facts and does not  exert any pressure on the potential customer. He outlined an engineering solution to invasive moisture and foundation erosion by building a sub-terainian trench around the house and inserting high quality  plastic piping to sustain a continued drain-off of the moisture. The  solution by its very nature is labor intensive and I thought that the price of approximately $3500 was reasonable. I currently do not have this problem so awhile. If i had water in my basement, I don't think I would hesitate.

"Our experience with Big Apple Mold was excellent. Of the remediators I interviewed to remediate mold in my mother's apartment, they seemed the most knowledgeable, David, the owner that is. We had numerous roadblocks to overcome, including unusually high insurance requirements by the coop. Big Apple was always positive throughout this lengthy and often discouraging process. Annabelle their office manager made everything so smooth and was always super prompt in answering questions or requests. And patient too. When we finally got the green light, the team they sent was well trained, pro active, hard working and friendly (Kirk,Jaime and Kevin) . You just had to ask once, and they went the extra mile. Patrick the team leader was outstanding, personable and informed, taking utmost precaution around the numerous antiques. They also worked well with the air monitor that we were required to hire. The job was finished on schedule and air scrubbers were left to run for several days. When we finally got the mold test results back, mold levels had all been reduced way below the acceptable level. I am taking the time to write this review because this was a great burden on our family in our our effort to create a clean environment for our aging mother. Big Apple made it happen."
