This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent."

"Everyone at Hennebry Pest Solutions were very pleasant and easy to work with --- Phil (owner), Jeanne (office manager) and Seth (technician). Phil did the initial inspection, and he was right on with his assessment of how the pests were getting into the attic. When Seth arrived to work on the exclusion, he did another thorough inspection to make sure that he was doing a complete exclusion. During the inspection, one of the Flying Squirrels left my attic, confirming the identity and the entry point of the pests. Seth completed the exclusion and included a "one way" exit at the entry point. The remaining Flying Squirrels left the attic that night, but couldn't return, so within a couple of days, all were gone. Seth returned several days later to remove the exit and permanently seal the entry point, which completed the job. Everything was done thoroughly and professionally, and at no time was I sold anything that I didn't need. I'm totally impressed with the honesty and professionalism of this business, and they are now my "go to people" for any pest control issues."

"On a Sunday morning we heard a sound in our fireplace flue. Apparently a squirrel had fallen down our chimney (there was a cap but no screen) and was stuck. I called a few “wildlife services” that were open on Sundays and none dealt with catching a squirrel; only places that would set traps. One man wanted $300 to open flue and let the squirrel run out the front door. That was not a solution for us. I called a few places on Monday morning and the first to return call was Philadelphia Wildlife Removal. They are apparently a referral service because they said a person would return call. I then heard from Tom M. who works for Conserv Pest & Wildlife Service. He said the price was $199. He was here by 1pm and came on time. He attempted to entice the squirrel into a bucket. The squirrel was not going to move. Plan B was to drop a cord down the chimney with bait and the squirrel would probably go up the rope and out of chimney. He used our neighbor’s roof to get to the chimney . He said to listen the next day. I did and heard no sound. I assumed the squirrel left. I then opened the flue to release the cord and the DEAD squirrel dropped out. I removed him with barbeque tools and discarded him (poor squirrel). Tom was great though and worked for quite a while trying o entice him. The price was fixed so if he had to climb on roof or come back again, it was included. He even offered to put in a screen. "The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.

"Service was PERFECT ! David called me a few hours after I purchased the offer. We set up an appointment for the following week. He offered to come earlier but that didn't work with my schedule. His technician showed up on time. The yellow jackets seemed to have built a nest under my dryer vent in the wall. I thought it was in the vent itself. The tech treated the area and also answered my questions about the treatment & the yellow jackets. Being allergic to bee stings, I was concerned. He assured me they would be gone within a day or two. I am glad to say he was right. The yellow jackets are gone & I can enjoy my backyard & do my yard work again. And, they gave me a 30 day warranty too !! "This service was professional, and effective.  The appointment was kept on time.  The workers came prepared with the required materials and ladder.  they knew the type of animals common to the area, and their habits.  I would recommend them highly, especially to anyone who has unsuccessfully tried to get rid of animal invaders!
